Whether you struggle with mental overwhelm or complex circumstances, I offer the guidance and accountability you need to work through piles of stuff and old habits. Together we can overcome barriers holding you back from achieving your goals. To get started, all I need are a few photos and a quick rundown of how the space is affecting your life. Then, we'll discuss a plan with bite-size steps you can tackle at your own pace during a 1-hour phone session. During a phone coaching session, we will cover a single room or a small space.

Details: a phone coaching session lasts 1 hour and includes any time Dena spends outside of the scheduled time.
